Ice & Fire Con is a not-for-profit event; as such, we rely on our Patrons*, Sponsors, and Silent Auction donors** to upgrade our events and add new programming while still keeping ticket prices affordable for our attendees. Please review our sponsorship options below; feel free to contact us with any questions!
Copper Star
$200 – $500 (US)
➢ Ice & Fire Con sponsorship page (website) listing from the time we receive your donation through 12/31/2022
➢ If you send at least 200 flyers or business cards with your donation, these will be handed out to attendees at Ice & Fire Con 2022
➢ Your website and/or social media shared on our Facebook page once before Ice & Fire Con 2022
Silver Stag
$501 – $700 (US)
➢ All of the Copper Star benefits
➢ One (1) VIP ticket to Ice & Fire Con 2022***
➢ Your name and website (if applicable) in the printed schedules that every attendee receives at the convention
White Wolf
$701 – $1000 (US)
➢ All of the Copper Star & Silver Stag benefits
➢ Two (2) total VIP tickets to Ice & Fire Con 2022***
➢ Your website and/or social media shared on our Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter accounts once before the convention and once after the convention
Gold Dragon
$1,000+ (US)
There is only one (1) Dragon sponsorship available!

➢ Your website and/or social media mentioned in the credits for any Ice & Fire Con 2022 videos that are uploaded to our YouTube channel

**Silent auction donors who would like their donations to be applied toward a sponsorship should contact us for more details – please note that our general rule is that physical item donations are worth 50% of their retail price when being applied to sponsorships. For example, if you donate an item or group of items with a $200 retail value, that counts as $100 toward a sponsorship.
***All Sponsorship tickets must be registered by March 31, 2022. They do not have to be registered to the Sponsor(s) themselves but can be used as gifts, giveaways, or the like.
